Ingredients
Cut a number of cauliflower and its flowers and separate them
Cut the potatoes like chips and soak them in salted water for a while
Cut the carrots into three small pieces
Cut the bean pods into small pieces
Three lemons with juice
Three medium sized onions
A cup of yogurt
Salt to taste
One pea
3 boiled eggs
A teaspoon of hot spices
One kg of good rice
One and a half cup of oil
A teaspoon of crushed ginger and garlic

How to make Vegetable Biryani

First, wash all vegetables thoroughly with clean water. Then cut them as instructed. Fry all the vegetables well in oil and take them out separately. Then put oil in a pan and fry the onion. When the onion is brown, take out half of the onion and place it on the newspaper and add yoghurt and fried vegetables and hot spices in the remaining onion. Then put lemons on top of it and boil the rice well in another pan. Add salt and hot spices and strain the rice when it is boiled. Then fold the rice in the rice pan and top with a little layer of fried vegetables. Top with chopped egg. Add onion and rice on top and fold in the same way. When folded, apply it on the tail. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Then check that your vegetable biryani is ready. Now you put it in the dish and present it to your guests.
